By using Arcanium, including our bot, website, and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

You agree to use Arcanium in compliance with Discord Terms, Discord Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws.

You may not use Arcanium for abuse, harassment, spam, unauthorized access, or other malicious activity.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Server owners and admins are responsible for how Arcanium is configured and used in their servers, including role permissions and moderator access.

Arcanium is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

We may limit or revoke access to Arcanium for violations of these terms, abuse of the platform, or security reasons.
